Agriculture

70% of the total population is engaged with this
basic industry a dire need is felt for
modernization of this sector by
providing latest technical know how to the
Farmers in the shape of High yielding varieties of seeds, fertilizer,
weedcicides and the usage of modern scientific Agriculture implements. However,
steps are being taken by the Agriculture Deptt. for providing these facilities
to the farmers but still the techniques adopted in the advance countries are yet
